Branding, Design and Web Development
Nicole’s specialty is in distilling vision into a consumable message, and making it look like a came from a $B company. She works closely with organization leads and startup founders to identify and understand their value and vision — and with it, develop a creative approach to interaction and communication with involved audiences, including: seed and VC investors, partners, potential talent, end-users, and the community.
Nicole is actively involved in the local startup community. Much of her passion is in helping growing businesses instill a combination of internal culture and community outreach.
She specializes in brand development, web design, creative growth strategy, and online presence — delivering quality pitch decks, websites, logos, brand systems, and marketing collateral.
Nicole is a San Diego transplant, originally from the Northern Virginia DC Metro area. When she’s not at her computer or in someone’s office, you can typically find her painting or on the beach, playing in the waves.

Pedro is responsible for keeping the company culture at LMH Promotions, cool, fun and always a little weird. His latin charm and suave mustache make him over qualified for the position, however he is passionate about the mission of LMH and is hoppy to be a member of the team.
